ClientCatch^™ is a Wellington, New Zealand business run by Andrea. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, how we use it, and your rights under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.

• Details you give us when you book, send an enquiry or show your interest: your name, business name, email address, phone number and the details of your enquiry.
• Booking details, such as the session you choose, the date and time, and the number of people attending a workshop.
• Your mobile number, if you choose to receive a text reminder.
• Information about how you use this website, collected by Google Analytics (see below).

• To reply to your enquiry and arrange your booking.
• To send reminders you have asked for.
• To let you know when the AI receptionist launches, if you have shown your interest.
• To show potential funders how many businesses are interested in the AI receptionist. We share totals and summaries, not your contact details, unless we ask you first.
• To understand how people use the website so we can improve it.

Some information is held by trusted providers who help us run the website and business, including Tally (our interest and enquiry forms), Google (Google Analytics and business email and calendar tools) and our text message provider for reminders. These providers may store information outside New Zealand. We only use providers that keep information secure.

This website uses Google Analytics to understand which pages are visited, how people find us, and roughly where visitors are located (country and city). Google Analytics uses cookies, which are small files stored by your browser. It does not tell us who you are. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use the Google Analytics opt out browser add on.

We keep your information only for as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as required by law. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within 20 working days.
